For the happiest project you'll ever run

You're engaged.
Here's the plan.

One date. A month-by-month checklist tailored to how much time you actually have — with a warm, plain-language note on every task. Calm, complete, free.

Free, no account — just the two of you and a plan.

How it works

01

Pick your date

One field. That's all Posy needs to compress or expand the whole plan honestly around your real runway.

02

Get your plan

A month-by-month (or week-by-week) checklist tailored to your timeline, with a warm note on every task.

03

Check things off

Progress saves in your browser. Print it, share it, hand it to a parent. The Kit unlocks the deeper tools when you're ready.

Common questions

You probably want to know.

Is Posy really free?
Yes. The checklist, the budget calculator, and every guide on the site are free forever. No account, no email required. The optional Posy Kit is a one-time $29 if you want the deeper tools — guest list, vendor briefs, seating, printables.
Do I need an account?
Not for the checklist or the budget. Your plan saves to your browser. You only sign in if you buy the Kit or invite a partner.
What if my date is only weeks away?
That's exactly what the engine is for. Enter your date and Posy compresses the plan honestly into weekly buckets instead of pretending you have a year. Short timelines are completely doable.
Can I share the plan with my partner?
The free checklist stays in your browser. With the Kit, you can invite one partner and you'll both work on the same live plan, guest list, budget, and seating.
What about vendors? Do you take a cut?
No. Posy takes no commissions and lists no vendors. Nothing on this site is pay-to-play. That's the whole point.
Can I print the checklist?
Yes. One button, ink-on-white, prints beautifully. Hand it to a parent or stick it on the fridge.
